You are in Florida for the winter. Your Salem house is empty. We walk it every week, inside and out, and send you a photo report after every visit. If something breaks, we are already there to handle it.
What you get
Every visit, we walk the whole house. Doors and windows locked, no forced entry, no broken glass. Then the outside. Roof, gutters, siding, the shed, storm damage after a big blow. Nothing gets a quick glance. We check the whole thing.
A slow leak in an empty house is a disaster by spring. We check under every sink, around the water heater, the washer hoses, the ceilings for stains. A burst pipe found on day one is a mop. Found in April it is a gut job.
In winter we make sure the heat is holding and the pipes are not going to freeze. In summer we check the AC and the humidity so mold never gets a start. We read the thermostat, we feel the vents, we look for the early signs before they spread.
A dead sump pump during a February thaw floods a finished basement in hours. We test the pump, pour water in the pit, watch it kick on. We look for the puddle you would never know about until you came home to it.
You get a photo report with real pictures, not a checkbox that says all good. Thermostat reading, the water heater, the mail we brought in, anything that caught our eye. You sit in Florida and see your house was fine this week. That is the whole point.
We bring in the mail and the packages so a full box does not tell the world nobody is home. We run the faucets so the traps do not dry out. We look for mice, ants, anything that moved in. Small stuff, done every week, that keeps a house a home.
Who it's for
You close up the Salem house in November and drive to Florida. Five months is a long time to leave a house alone in a New Hampshire winter. We are your eyes on it every week until you come back.
The place on the lake sits empty most of the year. You worry about it during every storm. We check it on a schedule so you stop wondering and start knowing.
You are on the road for work more than you are home. A month here, three weeks there. We watch the house while you are gone so you are not flying back to a surprise.
How it works
Before you leave, we walk the house together. You show us the water shut-off, the panel, the sump pump, the quirks. You hand us a key and we log where everything is. We hold it, and only Tony holds it.
Weekly is the standard. Some folks want twice a week during deep winter or after storms. You tell us your dates and any special asks, like running a car or watering plants, and we build it into the plan.
Same careful walkthrough every visit. Water, heat, AC, humidity, security, storm damage, pests, mail. We follow the same checklist so nothing slips, even in the weeks when everything is perfectly fine.
After every visit you get a photo report with a short note. You see your house is fine, in pictures, straight from the walk. If it is not fine, you hear from us first, with pictures.
This is the part nobody else does. Find a leak, a dead pump, a broken window, and we act on it the same visit. We already have the key. We stop the damage and coordinate the repair while you stay put in Florida.
