Tony Squillini has built dream builds across the Salem and southern New Hampshire corridor since 2018, owner-led from the first walkthrough to the last nail. The same person who answers the phone is the one on the saw, and every free consultation ends with a clear written estimate, line by line.

What you get
Not a plywood box on two branches. A solid platform lagged into engineered posts or a healthy trunk, a real roof, a rail your kid cannot fall through, and actual wiring. Lights, an outlet, a little reading lamp for the fort. Built to hold weight and last years, not one summer.
A full wall of shelves, loaded with books, that pivots on a hidden hinge when you pull the right one. Behind it, whatever you want. We have built one that opens to a pool table room. The trick is making it look like a normal wall until the second you need it not to be.
A room nobody knows is there, or a room built to keep people out. Reinforced framing, a solid-core door with a real deadbolt, and a concealed entry that reads as a closet, a panel, or a stretch of plain wall. We plan the entry so it disappears and opens fast.
A room in your house built to be a game. Hidden compartments, a false drawer bottom, a panel that only opens when the last clue clicks, a light that flips on when the puzzle is solved. We build the woodwork and the mechanisms so the whole thing actually works, over and over, for every group you put through it.

How it works
Call (978) 216-6455 with the idea, the photo, the half-formed thought. Every idea is worth saying out loud. If you can picture it, we can start from there. Tony answers his own phone.
We turn the idea into a real plan. A sketch you can see, then the structure under it sized for real loads. This is where we figure out how the shelf pivots, how the treehouse holds, how the wall hides the door.
We handle the permits that apply and build the safety in from the first footing. Rails, reinforced framing, load ratings, tested mechanisms. The paperwork and the structure get done before the fun gets built.
The crew that does the kitchens and decks builds your treehouse, your hidden room, your course. Same standard, same daily cleanup, same guy on site. Wild on the outside, solid all the way through.
