Why I started Anjo, and why I still answer my own phone.

I got my start at eighteen as a maintenance man. Sweeping condo hallways, blowing off the pool decks, touching up the little things so everything looked right when the residents walked out their door. That job taught me people notice the details, and that showing up matters more than talking a big game. I started Anjo in 2018 with a truck, my own number on the business cards, and that same habit of leaving a place better than I found it. Same phone number today. Same hands on every job.

Today I do the work for homeowners and for businesses. A single accent wall in a condo and a full kitchen gut get the same crew and the same standards, and so does the office that needs its front redone before Monday, the restaurant patching drywall between services, the storefront freshening up, and the condo or HOA building working through a punch list. Landlords call me for the turnovers nobody else wants to schedule. You see the scope in writing before we start, and the number you approve is the number you pay.

That maintenance-man start is also why Anjo now runs recurring property services. I watch snowbird homes while the owners are south for the winter, and I handle standing upkeep for the people and buildings that need a set of eyes they can trust year round. When you text at 9pm after a long day, the auto-reply confirms I got it and I write back myself by morning. Not a call center. Not a virtual assistant. Just me, on my phone, between two job sites across Salem and southern New Hampshire. That is the whole pitch, and it is why people here keep calling Anjo.
