Posts plumb, line dead straight
String line, not eyeball. Even on a yard that slopes 14 inches end to end. Posts plumb, pickets level, gates that latch the first try.
Hidden fasteners, finished edges
On composite decks, every face fastener is hidden. On cedar, stainless ring-shank where it counts. No rust streaks two years from now.
Gates that latch
Every gate gets diagonal bracing, hinges sized for the weight, and a self-closing latch if you ask. Two years in, the gate still latches.
Written estimate before we dig
Material, footing count, and the length of the run shape the number. Cedar, pressure-treated, or composite, you pick on the consultation and we write every line out. The estimate lands in writing before we touch a shovel.
Pergolas built to throw real shade
Not a flimsy kit from a box store. Real posts, a beam sized for the span, evenly spaced rafters with shaped tails. Notched and through-bolted so it stands up to a Nor'easter and actually casts shade in July.

Walkthrough and scope
30 minutes on site. We measure the run, check the property line, talk material options. Straight talk on material and budget.
- Step 02
Written line-item quote
Line-item spec sheet. Material allowance, footing count, hardware, labor. You see exactly where the dollars go.
- Step 03
Permit and dig-safe
We pull the permit, call dig-safe, and schedule the footing inspection. You sign the homeowner authorization, we handle the rest.
- Step 04
Frame and finish
Footings, frame, deck boards, railings, or pickets, gate, hardware. Most decks 5 to 8 working days. Most fences 3 to 5 working days.
- Step 05
Walkthrough and inspection sign-off
Final inspector pass, we walk every fastener and every latch with you, punch list captured in writing.
