Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing

Tony Squillini has built pressure washing across the Salem and southern New Hampshire corridor since 2018, owner-led from the first walkthrough to the last nail. The same person who answers the phone is the one on the saw, and every free consultation ends with a clear written estimate, line by line.

Siding soft-washed, decks and driveways cleaned, storefronts and common areas brought back. Right pressure for the surface, every time. Residential and commercial across southern New Hampshire.

Most homes done in a day

What you get

The work, in plain terms.

A two-story vinyl-sided house half cleaned, the washed section bright white next to a green-and-gray algae-streaked section, soft-wash rinse running down the wall.

Siding soft-washed, not blasted

Vinyl, cedar, fiber cement. Low pressure and the right cleaner, so the mildew and algae die and rinse off instead of getting driven behind the panels. Your siding gets clean without a single seam blown open.

A pressure treated deck mid-clean, a bright tan cleaned board next to weathered gray boards, a fan-tip wand held at an even distance leaving no lap marks.

Decks cleaned, wood respected

Pressure treated, cedar, or composite. We dial the tip and the distance so the grain stays intact and the boards do not get that fuzzy, chewed-up look. Gray comes off, the wood comes back.

A concrete driveway being cleaned with a round surface-cleaner attachment, a sharp line between the bright cleaned concrete and the dark grimy section still to go.

Driveways and walkways stripped clean

Concrete, pavers, brick. Surface cleaner attachment for even passes, no zebra stripes, no swirl marks. Oil spots, tire marks, and years of grime lift out. The apron by the street looks new again.

A paver patio and adjacent wood fence being washed, the cleaned pavers showing warm red and tan color while the untouched section stays dull and green-tinged.

Patios and fences brought back

Paver patios lose their color under algae. Fences go green on the shady side. We clean both at the pressure the material can take, so the surface reads new instead of scoured.

A commercial storefront sidewalk and glass entryway being pressure washed at dawn, wet clean concrete reflecting the building, gum stains lifting from the walkway.

Storefronts and commercial exteriors

Sidewalks, entryways, dumpster pads, building faces. Gum, grease, and traffic film off the walkway your customers cross every day. We schedule around your hours so the work happens before you open or after you close.

Foundation shrubs and flower beds covered with plastic tarps and being pre-wet with a garden hose next to a house wall staged for soft washing.

Plants covered, water managed

We wet down and tarp the landscaping before the cleaner goes on, and rinse it after. Runoff gets directed away from the storm drain where it matters. Your shrubs are still green when we pull out.

Who it's for

Three homeowners we hear from every week.

The spring open-up homeowner

Winter left green on the north wall and grime on the deck. You want the whole exterior cleaned in one visit before the patio furniture goes out. Siding, deck, walkway, done in a day.

The pre-sale curb appeal seller

House hits the market in two weeks and the listing photos happen Friday. Clean siding and a bright driveway read as a cared-for home before a buyer even walks up. We work to your photo date.

The storefront or HOA manager

Restaurant entry, retail sidewalk, or condo common walkways that see foot traffic all day. You need the exterior clean and safe, scheduled off-hours, invoiced clean. We handle recurring commercial routes.

How it works

From your text to the final walkthrough.

  1. Step 01

    Walkthrough and quote

We look at the surfaces, the water source, and the landscaping. Siding gets soft wash, flatwork gets the surface cleaner. Straight talk on what each area needs, quoted before we start.

  2. Step 02

    Protect the property

Plants wet down and covered. Outlets and light fixtures checked. Windows and doors verified shut. We set up so the only thing that gets wet is what we mean to clean.

  3. Step 03

    Apply and dwell

The cleaner goes on and sits long enough to kill the algae and mildew at the root. Skip this step and the green comes right back in a month. We let it work.

  4. Step 04

    Rinse at the right pressure

Soft wash rinse on siding, controlled pressure on concrete and pavers, gentle passes on wood. Even coverage, no lap lines, no gouged surfaces. We rinse the landscaping down after.

  5. Step 05

    Walk it with you

We walk the property together and check the spots that matter, gutters, corners, the shady north side. Anything missed gets hit again before we pack up. Then the site is left clean.
